Bank Accounts

US Dollar Personal Savings Account

• This account is for personal use only, and will be opened in your personal name
• Minimum amount required to open this account is US$1,000.00
• Annual interest earned is 2.25% paid quarterly on balances of US$500.00 and above
• There is no minimum balance requirement and thus no “below minimum balance” penalties

Super Savings Account

• This account is for personal use only, and will be opened in your personal name
• Minimum amount required to open this account is US$1,000.00
• Interest of 3.0% per annum is earned on balances US$25,000.00 and above and is paid on a monthly basis
• If balance falls below US$25,000.00 but maintained at US$500.00 or above you will earn interest at 1.0% per annum
• There is no minimum balance requirement and thus no “below minimum balance” penalties.

Fixed Term Deposit

• Minimum amount required to establish a TD is US$20,000.00
• Interest rates vary between 2.25% and 6.0% depending on the amount of money being invested and the time period during which the deposit is maintained with us
• At maturity, you have the choice of interest being paid to your account held with us or rolling it along with the principal for another period.

Corporate Accounts

U.S. Dollar Corporate Demand Deposit Accounts

• For Corporate Applicants
• Most commonly used for clients who prefer to open the account in the name of an International Business Company (IBC) and not in their personal name
• This is a non-interest bearing account
• Checks cannot be drawn on this account
• Minimum amount required to open and maintain in this account is US$1,000.00
• This balance is required to be maintained at all times and a US$25.00 charge is applicable if the balance falls below US$1,000.00
• There is a monthly Account Maintenance fee of US$10.00 payable annually

Investment Accounts

• For Corporate Applicants
• Accounts will be opened with Wachovia Securities LLC in Miami, Florida
• Account will be opened in the name of Atlantic International Bank Limited for the benefit of the company
• Minimum amount required to open an account is US$5,000.00
• Account is used for trading securities i.e. bonds, mutual funds, equity, fixed income, treasury bills
• Annual management fee between US$2,000.00 to US$5,000.00
• Annual maintenance fee of US$175.00
